Delicious minced meat and cauliflower casserole - quick and easy!

Ingredients
1kgCauliflower
700gMinced meat, mixed or beef
2small onions, finely diced
2garlic cloves, chopped
400mlbeef stock
300gSour cream
5tbsptomato paste
3tbspfresh parsley, chopped (optionally other herbs to taste)
200ggrated cheese, e.g. Parmesan, Allgäu Emmental or other varieties to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
1tsp Oregano(optional)
4tbspOil for frying
For the garnish:
A whole piece of fresh parsley
Instructions
Preparation:Divide the cauliflower into small florets and pre-cook in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain and place in an oven dish. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat).
Prepare the mince mixture:Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince until crumbly.Add the onions and garlic and fry until translucent.
Stir in the tomato purée and fry briefly.Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
Deglaze with beef stock and simmer briefly.
Stir in the sour cream...
...and mix in the fresh parsley (or other herbs to taste). Flavour the mixture again.
Layer the dish:Spread the mince mixture evenly over the cauliflower florets in the oven dish.
Sprinkle over the grated cheese to taste.
Bake:Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
Serving:Remove the finished casserole from the oven, garnish with a whole bunch of fresh parsley and serve hot.
