Such warm hosts and a genuinely lovely team – highly recommend if you’re ever in town!
Yes, Nürnberg has some fantastic restaurants. For traditional Franconian cuisine, you can't go wrong with **Bratwursthäusle St. Sebald** – it's an absolute classic. If you're looking for something a bit more modern with a great atmosphere, **Goldene Rose** is highly recommended. For a really special occasion, **Essigfabrik** offers a refined dining experience. And if you fancy Italian, **Osteria del Borgo** is a local favourite.

A giant tarte flambée, a glass of wine and the perfect terrace – that's all you need for a good evening.
I'm truly excited about how incredibly delicious it is at Pierburg. The tart was paper-thin, crispy and perfectly topped, the wine just suited it.
By the way: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 10 pm there's Flammkuchen and a glass of wine for €25 – exclusively on the terrace. I can highly recommend it, pop by and see for yourselves 🤍

Honestly so impressed by how delicious it is at Pierburg. Thin, crispy crust, perfectly topped, and the wine was just right.
