The mince and cauliflower casserole is a real feel-good dish that is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Whether for the whole family or a cosy dinner for two - this casserole not only scores points for its great flavour, but also for its ease of preparation. In no time at all, a delicious dish is on the table that will keep everyone full and happy.
Particularly practical: the casserole is low carb and therefore ideal for anyone who wants to cut down on carbohydrates without sacrificing flavour. The cauliflower provides a filling base, while the minced meat with tomato puree and a creamy sour cream sauce adds a savoury note. The combination of flavoursome cheese, such as Parmesan or Emmental, rounds off the casserole perfectly.
The ingredients can be customised. Would you like a lighter version? Then simply replace the beef stock with vegetable stock - this will make the casserole more vegetarian-friendly if you replace the minced meat with plant-based alternatives. You can also be creative with the herbs: parsley, oregano or fresh Provençal herbs always give the dish a new flavour.
Thanks to the uncomplicated preparation and the versatility of the ingredients, the minced meat and cauliflower casserole is a real all-rounder that always works. Give it a try and enjoy a quick, filling and incredibly tasty dish! 😊
