Sometimes, it doesn't take a complicated dessert to leave a lasting impression. This raspberry dessert in a glass is one of those recipes you try once – and instantly want to make again and again. It’s quick to prepare, effortless, and yet so wonderfully fresh and creamy that it feels like a little moment of luxury.
I love preparing it in the morning when guests are coming over – that way, the flavors have enough time to develop and the frozen raspberries can slowly thaw. Meanwhile, the cream mixture sets and takes on a delicate, slightly fruity note that pairs perfectly with the dark chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries on top.
One of the best parts: the glasses can be prepared in advance, chilled in the fridge, and served whenever needed – with a touch of chocolate and fresh berries as the final flourish. It’s a dessert that doesn’t need much, which is exactly what makes it so charming.
